The question I guess I'm asking is will Hognoses eat F/T toads? Has any one tried it yet? I worked with a w/c E.Hognose for nearly a year to change its diet over to pinkies (f/t); and all was going well she even ate 1 near adult live mouse; digested it and pooed it out normal; then 5 days later I found it dead in the cage. :~( . My first real failure.

Yes, but don't bother. Still very hard to come by, and there is still no guarantee that all parasites will be killed by freezing. You fed it a live mouse???? Only f/t mice should be used with easterns. They have no defense/or way to kill a live mouse. I have successfully converted several WC easterns to mice without a problem. Adults and babies at that.
