Is it safe to paint a room with a lizard in the house?? Will I need to move her, maybe to the basement or will she have to go outside the house? Or does it matter? I know birds are very sensitive to the fumes.

so long as you are using a water based paint they should be fine, i have birds and reptiles and i just make sure that the place is well ventilhated when i paint. move them as far away from the room you are painting as possible and keep the windows open and a fan on to circulate the air
of course if you have the option to put them safely outside when you are painting, that is always the best thing to do
