What's a good site to order frozen mice from? My mice aren't breeding fast enough to keep my snakes fed properly... Stupid mice...

I've had great luck with rodentpro.com. Their site is great with it's shipping calculator and online quoting feature. Best prices I've found for what I need, too.

Where are you from? I found a place near me that will deliver by van on orders of $150 and up. They deliver to pet stores in my area and are willing to drop them off.

Having mice shipped is tough, because of the shipping cost. I normally try to buy enough at shows to carry me to the next show. It's usually cheaper.

I usually breed my own, but I caught my one female and the male eating the babies... So they became Spot food... I only have one female and 6 hoppers left... and the hoppers are too big for Fry and too small for Spot... So I'm just tryin to hold over till they get big enough to breed... and of course the local petshops SUCK! They never have mice when you need them...

Local pet store pays more for frozen than I pay for Rodent Pro after shipping. They don't want to change though. They don't have the storage capacity for large quantities - and the local person just comes in, sees what they still have, replaces what is sold, and leaves - and will come in when called if they get a run on something. He doesn't freeze hoppers though which makes no sense to me. Frozen fuzzies and frozen adults, nothing for snakes between.

I've been tempted to find out who he is - but it sounds like he charges to much, and lack of hoppers kind of bothers me.

Big Cheese for me. It's closer to where I live, so I don't pay as much for shipping. RodentPro's shipping is out of this world, thus I don't use them. Find somebody near to where you live and that charges shipping according to where you are.

RodentPro has a great site, great prices on rodents, but they REALLY stick it to you on shipping/handling pushing their product over the top when it comes to cost.

I've been using bigcheeserodents for over a year now, and have been very happy with their pricing, responsiveness and product- can't go wrong with them!

Thanks for all the input guys...

I just placed an order with Big Cheese today... They're tellin me I'll have my mice by next Wednesday... And ordering from them is cheaper for 100 then buying 50 at the petshop, and thats including the shipping... I'll let you know how I feel about it when I get them...
