Best Scale?

Raveness_d May 23, 2007 06:54 AM

What kind of Gram Scale is best for weighing babies and adults?

I'm looking at the ones offered for sale on The Bean Farm:

Thanks,

It all depends on what species you're dealing with. You might want a different scale for hatchlings and adults. For corns and brazilians a gram scale would be fine. Up to 10kg, accurate to the nearest gram. Other breeders, such as geckophiles, would need something that is accurate to the tenth or hundreth of a gram, like a postage scale.

Yes, I suppose it would have helped if I had given the species I'll be working with. (BRBs, White Lipped Pythons and Blue Beauties) I blame lack of sleep.

Thanks for the help!
