Updated Pics of '06 special baby.....

thebigsquease May 23, 2007 05:53 PM

She has grown quite a bit from the little premie started out as back in the spring of 2006. She and her two sisters are wolfing down rat pups like crazy, and who knows, she might be large enough to attempt some breeding activity this coming winter.

That thing is insane! It might look somewhat similar to Camlons super reduced girl!

I want to call it the "Joker" Ball so bad... but I don't think DC Comics will allow me to step on their copyrighted name.
It's a perfect Question mark on top of her head. It's the second thing you notice. The first is the mind blowing colors!!
Thanks Kyle.........

Joker? that is a great name. DC comics might not like it but I do. Congrats on a very special animal. Have you decided what to breed it with first?

Since it is a female, do I breed it to a co-dom male or not?
Breeding it to, say a albino male, would give me ..... if they come out.. cool like mom, a proven morph, plus them being het for albino. If I breed her to a .... spider/pastel/super pastel/etc... and got cool babies, would it be because of her, or the co-dom father.
I have got a lot of thinking to do!

Unfortunately, still in the same boat with that one too. She's awesome, Ron. The clear belly is exciting. Hope she's carrying the next pattern-mutating, Spider-type gene.

Ron,
The large stripe in front of both eyes makes her look EXACTLY like the reduced pattern that Camlon has as Tom Baker said . she is Captivating to say the least ,I'd love to throw her into my Genetic reduced project .Her's my twin girls . Good luck ,

I'd breed it to the most reduced pattern pastel I could find. This would achieve two purposes: First, you'd get the enhanced coloration of the pastel on some of the babies, but (second), you'd also get some "normals" or more accurately "non-pastels", which should tell you something about whether she is some kind of co-dom morph, or possibly a simple recessive, or even (hopefully not) another genetic "dead end", like the Jungle ball.
