McAllen Texas Laws?

blaze555 May 23, 2007 07:56 PM

I am planing on moving to McAllen Tx in August and I was wondering if anyone knows the laws there. I know Texas its self does not currently have any laws but some of the counties prohibit venomous so I'm trying to figure out if they do or if there is some where around that area that allows venomous. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks alot
Blaze

Most counties do not regulate snakes but most large cities do. Call the county and city Animal Control offices to find out.

You are assuming that House bill 1309 failed today?

Ok great thanks.

Yes I was assuming that it failed but either way it wouldn't be passed until next year... right? Are they trying to make people get permits or ban it completely? I don't think I could live without my hots...

Thanks
