It depends on how closely related the two albinos are. If they aren't related much, risk of defects lessens. However, genetic defects like eye and spine problems are more likely with albino x albino, which is why most people like to use het x het or albino x het, to include some "new" blood.
However, it's all chance and odds - you could come up with a litter of perfectly formed snakes with no problems, or you could have some defects and some normal snakes, or many defects. If a snake breeding produces a lot of defects, I think as a responsible breeder you shouldn't attempt that same breeding again.
Just my understanding of it!
Like he just said, you really never know what is going to happen. The albino trait isn't really a desirable thing in terms of genetics, so things are going to happen. I came home today to a very small litter from het albino x het albino and within this unrelated breeding of HETS, there is an albino with one bad eye. So, het x het is no guarantee either. Good luck
Paul
Generally yes, as is true with any Homozygous X Homozygous morph breeding.
Albinos have been outbred a lot and many people have done Albino X Albino without problems. Avoid it if you can to keep things strong, but it can be done.
