final count is 15 perfect babies 1 that may not make it (I'll explain later) and NO SLUGS!!! Mom did a great job (she took a swipe at me but that is to be expected).

Here is the picture update.

And this is the 16th baby that we thought might not make it. It was upside down in the amniotic fluid and almost died.

It is such a beautiful thing! I don't know how many Boas you had before those babies made their appearance but, you can have a handful of Boas and then, BOOM! A great litter like that and holy Mackerel! You have a house full of them! Congrats! I know you must be stoked! Beautiful Surinams!

We generally have to wait until late Aug or Sept. to get our baby BCC fix and they are few at that. Great job!

Well, they have been separated and are snug in thier rack Haven't been sexed yet but they will be after they shed and eat a meal.

Mom has also eaten the largest medium rat I had. I will step up the feed size in the upcoming weeks.
