Day 110 litter

kirby May 24, 2007 05:47 PM

This litter is from the same Motley and Pastel female I bred last year. The female was produced from an EBVx Ronne Pastel pairing and the male is a high contrast Motley with an excellent pattern. When the Motley was breeding the anery female that produced Motleys het for anery 2 weeks ago I put a jungle male in for a few days. This is the first time I have so obviously seen two fathers in one of my litters. In addition to more really nice Motleys there are also some jungles with interesting patterns and good color. Just as the motleys turned turned very colorfull over time I think the jungles will also.

Congrats Bill!!! Those babies are fantastic! But two fathers huh? Their mother must be a little tramp. Where did she ultimately come from? LOL

Great stuff! I was hoping for a mixed Motley litter myself a few days ago but did not get the results you did.

Congrats!

CONGRATS BILL,

I have had that happen a few times, and when it happens like your litter, it is amazing. You get the BEST of Both worlds. Those are some AMAZING jungles, and the Motley isn't too shabby either. I bet as they color up, they will look awesome. The Pastel does some very cool things to the Motley, and I'm sure they will to the Jungles!!!

Major congrats, That is just too cool, and thanks for sharing.
