I noticed the senate pushed the bills second reading until tomorrow. I viewed this as a good sign. This bill is such a low priority right now with all the education bills needing extensive debate. I really hope it is dead for good this time. I'm cannot wait for the party!

It's on the senate calender for today.

Its down towards the bottom, actually third to the last for Second readings today.

The Senate has the bill on their agenda again today as a second reading. I would assume at this point they have permanently pidgeon holed the bill. The legislature will most likely call a special session in July. Could this bill resurface at that time or will the special session only be used to debate budget funding?
