Is this a morph of some sort?

Aaron May 25, 2007 12:48 PM

Last year I bred a male blood corn to a female blood corn. I also bred the male blood to a female fluorescent amel. Out of the pair of bloods I got two bloods and one pewter. Misty if you read this that pewter is the one you got from me.

From the blood male to the fluorescent amel female I got a clutch of normal double hets, except one of the normal double hets is this baby below. Virtually no black borders.

Here is the belly.

Is this some sort of hypo?

Hey- Nice to see you back on the forum. I love that male pewter baby! Did you ever track down the parents and get them back?

The baby pictured looks to be hypomelanistic (hypo - reduced black). Could the male blood and flourecent female be het hypo? I am no expert, though.

This guy is amazing. I plan on getting a female from Don

I would say hypo.

Your adults are may be from fluorescent sunglow and diffused/bloodred ghost projects.

Either way you got some cool gene's in that snake.
