im getting an ackie from rare earth reptiles in the next few weeks. was wondering if any monitor owners have any tips for me. and yes ive read alot of caresheets lol.

My advice is if you have any desire to breed them in the future start out with a pair and raise them up together. It'll increase your chances of having a working pair rather than trying to find a compatible mate later on. If it's just going to be a pet, no worries, but you really won't begin to understand their behaviors with a single individual....
