I'm an A-hole.

My first clutch for the year is about to hatch. Today is day 59. I'm debating whether or not to cut tomorrow if they don't pip on their own. I just found this pic from 2 years ago. My very first ball clutch ever...Day 53. What a freakin idiot. I must have been really impatient. Well, I remember. I was. Glad I've at least gained more control in the last 2 years. 2 years to the day, by the way, from the same female. I wonder if she'll go like clockwork again next year.

Don’t cut until they are way over do and you need to see if they are still alive and then only cut one and then make a educated decision to cut the rest . Thanks David of DS Reptile Rescue

Yep Ive been saying I won't cut this clutch for 20 years now. I still do it to some now,so don't feel bad. looks like you may have went alittle over board . But hey they all lived didn't they.
Just don't cut the veins laying just under the shell it takes abit of time and hands on training ..lol.. But why not if you want to see whats in thier and its just killing you to check.

dont feel bad ball eggs are really alot more indestructible than that, unless its a "pip on there own naturally" thing. you can pip up to 15 days before the 60 days if you want, and never hsve a problem. ive seen a breeder experiment and pip 10 days after being laid!! and everyone lived!! i don't recomend that but day 45-60 is quite acceptable

Just have to wait for my son to wake up. It's day 60. I'm goin for it. There appears to be something funny with one of the eggs though. It's still very inflated, and the embryo inside looks very small and undeveloped. Still has huge red veins though, so I don't know what's going on. Looks like I may only be getting 4 out of this clutch, instead of 5. I just need a male Cinny from it. Guess we'll see what happens. Pics will be posted soon. Stay tuned. Same snake channel.

(Oh, and thanks, I know not to cut the veins.)

Ryan, what have your temps been at? 55-60 days is just a range. It's not exact. If none have pipped as of yet, it's a consensus to the snakes - they are NOT ready.

On your full egg: I have had full eggs hatch just fine with no issues.

Good luck and keep us posted!
