Timetable for the breeding season

I just received a 1.0 piebald het from ballboutique and I was just wondering is it to late in the breeding season to attempt to bred him to some of my large 0.6 normals? I have read that you can pretty much breed them at diffrent times all year long as long as your are consitent?

After quarantine, which should be at least a month though 3 is better, it will pretty much be time to start the normal breeding season cycle. Most people start cooling around October I believe. However if all your females are cooled and have not yet ovulated, you can try and breed him to it, after he has gone through quarantine but if he hasn't been cooled, nor the females, the chances are pretty slim you will get eggs for this season. Better to just get him settled and eating well, ensure the females are all well fed and prepare for next season.
