Hey. I found this a couple weeks down. Guess I haven't checked in for awhile. I'm pretty much only focused on Copperheads when it comes to hots, so I don't read this forum as religiously as others. But I noticed this only had one response, and was never updated, so I hope you don't mind me bringing it back to the top for a while. I thought it was interesting. A lot of the answers would obviously be variable depending on what book you checked it in, but I think I've read enough snake books and seen enough AP and Discovery Channel shows to give it a whirl. Also, this I could actually give a crap about. Forget those ridiculous Myspace surveys I've seen where people constantly answer the same questions reminding themselves who they are and send it around to each other like 4th graders,

DO KINGS HAVE SOME KIND OF INNER EAR THING GOING ON THAT EVOLVED FROM LIZARDS, WHERE THEY SEEM TO HAVE A BETTER SENSITIVITY TO THE VIBRATIONS, THAT ALLOWS THEM TO "HEAR" MORE THAN OTHER SNAKES DO? OR AM I TOTALLY HALLUCINATING ON THAT ONE? IT'S POSSIBLE.

AWWWW, THAT'S IT? Thanks a lot Herplover. That was fun, killed some time, and I'm not bored anymore. However, it also just cemented the thought of what a freakin snake geek I am that just ran through my head earlier today when me and my kids were staring at 4 new Cinnamon Pastel Balls that hatched this morning. But that's cool. Whatever makes you/me/us happy is all that matters, right? My wife is yelling
at me to stop typing so she can sleep. She's the one I've seen doing the Myspace surveys before. Payback
