Wet Poop

Alanna May 28, 2007 09:28 AM

MY Leo looks and eats healthy. I feed her a mixture of Crickets (3/4 times a week) and Waxworms 2/3 times a week). I just read on this forum (And before) people mentioning wet poop. When my leo Poops it is wet along with the white urine (This is dry). I dust the crickets and i have a calcium dish in there and the temps are fine. The poop is not to wet but enough to see its wet. It normally dries within a short time. Is the wet something to be concerned about?

It'd probably be pretty painful for the gecko to excrete it if it was completely dry. Unless we're talking about something where it's oozing around or more liquid than solid, you're probably ok.
