I am trying to post a document I created that I think everyone will be interested in. I would appreciate any help I can get.

depends on what you what to happen with the document. Anybody can post what they write in a regular post. If you are hoping to submit it as an article to be included in that section, you have to email the coordinator...you can find it under the 'contact us' section. Or email directly to PHWyvern or PHGinger or both.

You can scan it as an image, and post the image just like any picture...

You can format your posts and signature using BBCode. Here are some common examples:
