Western Escaped HELP

steelersdiehard May 29, 2007 08:06 AM

Any suggestions. I am looking for any ideas or help. Last night I cleaned cages and left lid loose and this AM he was gone. I didn't know if there is any ways that would help me in locating him. I know its a long shot but thought I'd ask anyway.

Thanks

Look under everything!! Chances are he is still in the same room. From there, start following the walls, looking under everything. You can take some masking tape and lay it sticky side up along walls as well. Use long peices, so you will be able to follow them to his hiding place. Make sure to have some mineral oil handy to get the tape off. Good luck.

Check and recheck and recheck everywhere. Inside purses, shoes, piles of clothes...

You can make a bottle trap by cutting the top off a two liter bottle, then putting the top backinside the bottle, pointing in, with a pink inside.

If you have cats or dogs, but especially cats- watch their behavior. They can easily find a lost snake.

Lay down crinkly plastic bags and listen for him.

Look when it's dark.

Make sure the snake is for sure not in his viv, or under it.

Good luck!
