Can anyone tell me when Blanding's were put on the Threatened in PA?
I'm one who must deal with the new law by registering my turtles by June 30th. I checked the list of those PA reptiles that are eligible for possession permits and I see that Blanding's are not included.
Does this mean that, if I have had Blanding's that were purchased in Ohio 15 years ago, they are not eligible?
