Some Water?

boceke May 29, 2007 12:01 PM

Hi all, kid who's driving cross country again here.

I've got an awesome container for him, i'll pillowcase him up for the 5 day journey. I know he won't have to eat in that time, but (and I would never ask this for any other type of animal because it sounds dumb but...) will he need a drink? I'm going to assume yes, but with pythons I'm too ignorant. And even if he does what's the chance in such a trip that he actually will? Though I won't be surprised if you guys simply say that that long w/o water is ok, but hey, ignorant here, that's why I ask you all.

Thanks,
-Eli

He will need water. If I remember correctly you were going to stop at night, give him water at night when you set him up.

When you stop to sleep at hotel/motel or whatever let him out of the bag to stretch out just give him a small water bowl. This could all be done in an appropriate size container.(if not to big a shoe box size should work).
somthing like this might work just put a few holes in it and make sure the one you get has a secure lid.

Those work great. I drilled holes in the container. I use those for my babies.
