What does it mean when a ball python lifts its head into the air and moves it left to right over and over? It's only 3 months old and not use to being handled yet so I'm thinking she was threatening me. Is that right?

There is a condition that I have always referred to as "stargazers". I would have that animal checked by a vet. I am pretty sure that "stargazers" is most often fatal, and has to do with a respiratory complication. I am not a vet though, so go see one.
