I have water in my incubator and i realized that their is a little bit of algae forming in the water. Will this effect the eggs at all? The eggs are due in 9 days (she shed yesterday)

I would clean it and put clean water in - but no, it shouldn't affect it. The algae may die and decay and start to smell though.

3.6 L. getula californiae - 16 eggs (Cal. King)
1.1 L. getula nigrita (MBK)
1.0 Pantherophis guttatus guttatus (Corn)
0.1 Pituophis catenifer catenifer (Pacific gopher)
3.3 Elgaria multicarinata multicarinata (Cal. Alligator Lizard)
with 9 days or so left to go i think you will be fine.. but, if you move your incubator into a dark room and the algea will die..
water and light = algea

I think he meant 9 days until she lays - which would be about 69 days until they hatch.
