Finally got some Pits

NajaAnja May 29, 2007 08:02 PM

I just got this pair in yesterday from a friend. 1.1 CB06 unrelated Pituophis catenifer vertibralis (Baja Cape Gopher) Ive wanted to pick up a pair of these for almost 8 years now. I passed on a pair back then and have kicked myself ever since so I had to jump on them when my friend posted them for sale and at a really good deal too!

This is the smaller of the two. Way more mellow then the bigger one. lol

This one has some amazing red going on for sure! He has the typical Pit attitude, very loud and huffy.

Nice looking snakes, Anja! I'm working with northern pines, myself.
