Double clutching westerns?

prprjp May 29, 2007 08:46 PM

Hi all - several of my westerns have laid eggs in the last few weeks and have fed heavily. I have been placing males back in with the females and wondered how soon after the first clutch might a female lay her second of the season? Also, generally speaking, how often will a female double-clutch, and any record of triple clutches in westerns?

Just curious...
Regards, Ryan

They will go again from 5-6 weeks, nit all will and I have had third clutches that i wasnt expecting. I dont generally double clutch anything now They can get too skinny, i like my snakes to have a bit of meat on them.
