T. elegans vagrans (wandering garter?)

Here's a new addition I purchased. Was listed as T. elegans. but didn't have the specific sub-species name. Looks to me to be a T. elegans vagrans (wandering garter) but wanted some opinions and thoughts. I've been trying to find a good sight that breaks down the different sub-species of T. elegans and their proper identification. Thanks in advance. Steve
