Here's a couple samplings, thought I would take it easy and get some shots of spiny softshell turtles today but they are very wary, unless you bring a loaf of bread, which I did not. Really crappy shots and the red eared sliders kept hoggin' the scenes, so I went to my brother's house in Papalote, Texas, near Bee county I think. Low and behold, as I am pulling up to his driveway a T-ratcruises across the road in slow-mo! Got a few pics in situ and a few of us clowning around. Had to let him go, he wouldn't shut his mouth! On the way out I see a dor Schott's whipsnake. Cruised to Goliad/ Refugio counties but all I saw was a dor rough green snake. Got a neat sunset outta the deal. This time I remembered to upload first so here's some pics.
