SO THANKS FOR YA'LL WHO MISSED ME, YES I GOT A NEW JOB AND LASTNIGHT BEFORE GOING TO BED I NOTICED 1 PIPPY!!! THIS AM BEFORE COMING TO WORK I HAD 6!!! ONLY THING IS THAT THEY ARE 2 WEEKS EARLY. THE 1 I SAW MOST OF WAS A MIAMI SO I GUESS THAT TAKES AFTER ITS MOMMA...A W/C LTC FROM CHARLOTTE COUNTY. (THANKS JEFF) AND HAPPY HATCHING EVERYONE!!!

How is everyone getting babies so early? Mine haven't even laid yet! It looks like this year I will have to brumate in July?

THANKS JIMMY!! I'M JUST CONFUSED B/C OF THE 2 WEEKS EARLY AND 1 IS STILL CONNECTED TO ITS UNBILICAL CORD I CHECKED ON IT THIS AM AND IT SEEMS TO BE SHRINKING. WELL, IT HAS A LIL BALL-LIKE THING CONNECTED TO THE UMBILICAL CORD AND THAT HAS SHRUNK. I'M GUESSING ONE OF THE HATCHLINGS MUST HAVE FRIGHTENED IT OUT A LIL TOO EARLY BUT I'LL KEEP AN EYE ON HIM. ON TOP OF THAT MY CATS HAD KITTENS AND THEY ARE 3 WEEKS OLD THIS SAT... JUST STARTED WALKING- VERY CUTE!!! HOW ARE YOUR CRITTERS DOING? I SAW THAT THE STRIPES HAVE HATCHED... WHATS NEXT??

well according to the dates (which can fool you, as you've seen...lol) my next ones to hatch should be from an amel motley to snow. The amel motley may be het anery and not sure about the snow.
next after that should be from a cinnamon to a very nice rootbeer (meahlmorum) het hypo...should give me rootbeers het hypo and cinnamons
there's more but those should start hatching this weekend or early next week.

I actually have one egg that looked like it started pipping last night. I need to go check on it. It is the lone survivor of its clutch, though.

THANKS!! AND THAT STINKS ABOUT YOUR LAST SURVIVOR YEAH, ITS WEIRD B/C THEY ARE 2 WEEKS EARLY... I JUST RE-DAMPENED THE MOSS AND SAW A CUT IN ONE AND I WAS FREAKING OUT B/C I THOUGHT I OVER MOISTENED BUT THEN I SAW A NOSE POKING OUT. SO FAR I HAVE 7 OUT OF 10 AND ALL ARE MIAMIS EXCEPT 1 SEEMS TO HAVE ALOT OF ORANGE. AND THEN THE LAST ONE THAT CAME OUT STILL HAD ITS UNBILICAL CORD AND YOLK SO I'M KEEPING THAT ONE ON CLEAN MOISTENED PAPER TOWELS. WHOS YOUR FIRST TO HATCH? KING OR CORN?
