Very Nice..
When I was stationed in Prince William County (Quantico) just north of you, we couldn't decide which were more common: clean Black Rats like that or Copperheads.

Very nice looking snake!! I wish we could find some that dark here in Kentucky. I've said it before but it is amazing how big of a contrast there is between a Virginia black rat and a Kentucky Black Rat. We are so close you would think they would be similar.
