Thanks to Joe Forks and rustduggler for their excellent advice. After numerous attempts I used the anole tail/skin. I cut the tail off, skinned it, attached the skin to the nose/face of the pinky and even placed the rest of the tail on top of the pinky. I turned the lights off, left him alone. When I came back about 20 minutes later all I saw was the rest of the anole tail and a nice fat little alterna. Thanks again to everyone for their advice and help. Crack open a cold one with me whereever you are!!

That's great. My next piece of advice would be not to disturb it for four days. Don't even look at it. The last thing you want now is for it to regurgitate. Best of luck with it, sounds like things are going your way.

When would you suggest to try a second meal, 6-7 days? Should I go with the same procedure?

i would suggest five days between feedings until he is well established, then every four days if you want maximum growth potential. i usually apply a slightly smaller piece of skin with each feeding. after three scented feedings they will usually accept non scented. rusty

Thanks rust. I feed my Pueblan milk and Thayeri every five days and they are growing like mad.
