Well, I got a nice close-up of the eye, but the flash washed the color out. For some reason, all of my DH Caramel Glows have the same eyes as the Caramel Albino father.

This picture is the best I can get showing what SHOULD be normal ball python eyes, but they are in fast Caramel Albino eyes. They are both DH Caramel Albinos from a NERD line Caramel Albino and a BHB Yellow Ghost. THIS PIC HAS NOT BEEN ALTERED IN ANY WAY!
Is it the extremely light straw yellow stripe through the top of the eye or the red at the bottom that you are trying to show?
I know with hamsters there is a mutation where you can identify a het by shining a flashlight into it's eyes. If you are seeing a dark red like a caramel them maybe there is something similar here.
Here is an eye of a 50% chance het pied for comparison. I'm thinking it's within the range of normal eyes, just a little high on the yellow.
