When will the Governor sign or not ??

I am leaving next Wednesday from Arizona to spend 10 days from Del Rio to Alpine. If I am now going to be a criminal I need to start canceling some motel reservations and make alternate plans. Does anyone have any idea how soon this goes before the Governor.
