NP, now if I can get Ziggy to follow suit and shed himself, then I'll have the set matched up again.
That is a tough one to answer as they are ALL different. All are born a bit dull, but quite often you can see the underlying
colors screaming to be let out. First sheds are important as any babies that are screamers at first shed ar likely to be
screamers as adults. However, they will color up at different rates.
Three cases in point:
The bullseye male Jeff posted, one of two he got from me that year is looking great, his color was not that good when I parted with him. He definately looks like a keeper now!!
My male hook, he was not a screamer at first shed, no slouch but did not make the initial sort for keepers. I did have a lot of
babies that year so the bar was pretty high. I also was planning on holding back a fair amount (3.5) and the preliminary
holdback pile was twice that. As the weeks went by and daily checking and cleaning and sheddings went by, I kept noticing
this little gem in the rough. He just kept getting better and better so eventually I took him out of the for sale group and
moved him over to the holdback group. When time came for final cut, he grabbed the number two of three male slots so as you can
see he wasn't barely a holdback.

Lastly is Amber, always a holdback because of her unique side blotches. No crescents and a light blush to the middle. Add to
that her simply gorgeous day glow colors and duh she's a keeper. She's the one snake I've been able to pout together a complete chronology of pics. And I do mean complete....
This was the first pic I have showing Amber on 08/26/2005, not very clear but you can see Savannah around the water bowl
and many of her babies crawling around. Amber is the one on the right side down on the newspaper.

Pic #2 shows Amber much clearer, you can really see her lack of crescents

A cropped closeup of just her from pic 2

When I was putting the individual babies into their own tubs, I saw her and thought "wow, what do we have here?" I had to take
a couple of pics right away. You can see she still has her umbilical. Of course I gave her card number 1 from her litter - SA-PO-01

Now it's 09/30/2005, right after her second shed and the blush in her side medalions is starting to show.

11/13/2005 Almost three months old, a week and half after third shed.

12/20/2005, outside in my cherry tree in natural light, WOW, this girl is starting to really glow. BTW, she shed just before
these pics were taken.

Another pic on 12/20, inside under incandescent lighting

Two more pics on 12/20, outside again on the sidewalk one showing each side

Two pics from 06/01/2006, new pics for the website launch

07/11/2006, I took this pic with Amber, two Hypo's Dottie is more orange and Mickey is mostly toward the right, towards the
left is Hook, one of my bullseyes, in the middle is Amber and towards the right is Rose. I love this shot as it shows a LOT
of variety in colors/patterns.

07/11 again, just Amber

09/04/2006, now just over a year old

11/03/2006, not a great pic but still a great subject

These next four pics are from December 2006. She was definately a great choice for holding back.

these last three are the latest I have from march 2007.

Other babies will look great as neos but simply not color up much from there.
