I spoke with my wife about the whole taking a chance next year thing. What will the penalty be if you are cited under this law? Is it a basic class C misdemeanor like a speeding ticket, or it is it worse? It should not be against the law at all, after all who wants to arrest that kid at the picnic area holding the lizard?
