I'm on a mini vacation and major shopping excursion. I just had a couple of minutes of access to review recent posts. I won't have further internet or phone access until tonite.
In the meantime, the most promising option from recent posts IMO was the suggestion of an "exective order" from the Governor to apply our exclusion. I'm not sure if this is an available option in Texas politics. Hopefully someone can check this out (call the gov's office?) to see if it could work. If so, we should focus all our efforts on this approach.
Hopefully, there will be some better news when I check back in tonight.
