tail-less crested gecko.....

Do tailless crested geckos have problems mating or getting around and surviving, etc. ??

NO.
They can lead a perfectly normal life. Some say that because the tip of the tail has a lil sticky suction cup or whatever, that it can affect thier balance...but that is basically adecdotal. In my experiance, they have no problems in any area.
