HB 1309 is dead. Gone Buried.

You are referring to the tagging of HB 2414 in on the tail of another, unrelated bill, HB 24.

What they passed was prohibition of gathering reptiles along the roadway. That has nothing to do with permitting or HB 1309.

All Texas reptile legilation is NOT HB 1309. 1309 is dead.

If you don't know what you are talking about, please don't play Chicken Little and run around telling everyone the sky is falling.

WTF?!?!?!?

I think it's time for some entities/organizations to step up and pitch in on an attorney like should have happened in the first place!

Seems like I did know what I was talking about.Do your research before you start calling people names!

Well, I guess the precedent was set last time when HB 1309 PASSED in a second vote, and everyone was posting everywhere that it was a big party and that it had failed for good. I was the only one that was screaming that it had passed, and I had everyone calling ME a dumbass.

Like I said...HUMBLE apologies. But if jabbing me back made you feel better, have at it.

I just want HB 1309 dead and gone forever.Apology accepted,Trey.
