A few new faces...D/U Warning

waspinator421 Jun 01, 2007 12:22 AM

Three more Thayeri have beed added to my collection recently. These first two I got from Bob Hansen at Sierra Herps (Thanks Bob!!).

This one is Nicodemus, an '05 Leonis male produced by Dan Vermilya. I just love the dot-band-dot-band pattern on a good portion of his body.

This one is Miss Bianca, an '05 female Leonis produced by Russ Bates. She's got a really neat bright orange belly.

And last but not least, Ludo, an '06 MSP male that I got from Brad Alexander (Thanks Brad!!). He recently posted his picture a few threads down. I just go nuts over his head pattern!! He was born from his Dan V. MSP pair.

It seems like I've gotten quite a bit of new snakes this year.... yeah, I'm addicted. I just can't wait for my first clutch of Thayeri next season!

Anyway, hope you enjoyed the pictures!

Wow all three are nice. IMHO Nicodemus takes the prize but the RB animal smokes and that head pattern on the last one is just crazy.

waspinator421 Jun 01, 2007 09:44 PM

Thanks for the kind words, Tony! Yeah, Nicodemus is indeed pretty awesome if I say so myself. It is kind of funny because when Bob showed me his baby picture from Dan, I remembered seeing him when Dan still had him for sale. I remembered thinking that he wasn't anything too special. He sure has changed into a remarkable boy! Ahhhh... Thayeri. Full of suprises!

Those are all nice, I especialy like "Ludo", but I'm a sucker for a cool head pattern.

Thanks Rick! Yeah, when Brad posted that picture of him a few threads down I knew that I had to have him if he was selling him. I'm not usually one to go nuts over MSP's but Ludo's head pattern was just too cool to pass up. The only other MSP I've gone absolutely nuts over is Sharktooth... but alas, he is not for sale.

Thanks Michelle! Yeah, I like it when you can even see reflections in their eyes. In the closeup of Nicodemus, you can sort of see me and the small garage behind me. So cool!

Absolutely gorgeous snakes Aubrey. Those first two are awesome, but that last msp is super cool. I'm like you I don't usually go crazy for msp, but that one is definately a stunner.
