but i just couldnt help myself. i just purchased these two beauties from LLL. normaly i never by animals from there but i decided i need to take advantage of this. most of the time when you see cat geckos advertised it is wild caught specimens and the seller is not willing to show you photos. so when i saw these two i thought they were in very good condition and seemed healthy. needless to say the first day i did not buy them. i have been saving my money to buy a trio of chinese cave or tiger geckos but i havent had much luck and my boyfriend doesnt like them anyways. but he seemed to fall in love with these two cat geckos and so did i. so yesterday i wrote LLL an email asking about the cats and they said to try back after the weekend because they were on their way to a show!! i couldnt let that happen so i called and asked if they were just packed up or had actually left the building. luckly they were just paked and i purchased them over the phone and picked them up later.
the female has the regenerated tail but she is still beautifull. they have amaizing little claws and are arboreal as yo can see they are hiding in their trees. the male has pooped and it looks healthy, however i still started them on panacure.
so anyhow if you made it this far....does anyone have any experience or know of any good info. on the guys. i bought a book that has limited info and have searched the web and found as much as i can so far. i decided to post in here because this is where i normally post and the other forrums are pretty dead as far as gecko forrums.

They're beautiful! I've never seen geckos like them. I'm new to the wonderful world of reptiles! Today at the reptile store I saw a Red Crested Gecko and it was gorgeous too, really pretty eyes. How many types of geckos are there?

A great book on ALL the eyelid geckos is "The Eyelash Geckos." The maintenance/breeding/incubation notes are particularly useful, including those for your cat gecko. Get it!

It's a very well-illustrated hardcover book, and you can get it through the Bean Farm for $39 - almost $20 less than what Amazon wants for it. Get it!
