So it's day 57. The eggs were/are being incubated at 89degrees. How much longer should i wait?

If you're sure in your thermometer, and you've truly been at 89 degrees and steady, they should start pipping just about any minute. If it were me, and they haven't pipped by day 60, I'd go ahead and pip them manually. I bet it doesn't come to that...

I have had eggs take 65 days to pip. It's no big deal.
