Ok... You've opened yourself up to a lot of interesting replies on this one. If they light up a cigaret.. you will have your answer.
I'm not sure of the answer as I have never seen brds mate.
basically, the male will climb ontop of the female, bite her on the scruff of the neck and will try to work his hips underneath her, hopefully with the females co-operations (she will turn her hips towards him to make it easier.
If she is just trying to run away, feet scratching for purchase on the ground to get away, then she is not ready.
There were some pictures here before of dragons mating, i would do a search either here or on teh gallery for mating dragons. or just mating.
I've seen mine mate a few times. There will be lots of fast head bobbing from the male and slow "push-ups" from the female. He will then grab her by the neck(It looks very painful but he's never left a mark on my girl) and attempt to rotate the underside of her hips towards him. Its really very funny looking the first few times you see it! You may never be able to see them mating because they tend to like their privacy! I have gotten a few peaks at the process but as soon as they know I am looking they will stop.
There's a picture of them mateing on this care sheet...

Thanks for all the help guys...appreciate it...I think I have some mating behavior going on in my tank....unfortunately I already had one clutch layed and only one egg is left incubating....I think they are gonna be "duds" because when I purchased them, the lady told me they were both girls, and I am positive one is a boy now.....
