my veiled has zits is it sick

i just got a female and a male veiled and i just notice the female has bumps all over her body. Is this normale

I don't have a pic but the best way i could describe it is that she looks like a chemeleon with chicken pox

take her to the vet. she probably has a parasite infection. see a vet asap.
