Hi-
I am going to tell you the same thing I told dumbkid above. But let me add to this first. A vitamin dust such as the rep-cal herptivite is strong, and will cause edema among other things if over used. I don't recommend using it more then 2 times in a month. Also I don't mean to pick on anyone but Ethan's way of dusting will certainly cause long term health problems if the chameleon doesn't die first!
You will not find a set in stone way of supplementing. Everyone has there own opinion and way of doing it. I personally don't use any one brand, but a mix, and no I will not tell you my supplement schedule because what I feed and who I feed and how I house and light my chameleons is going to be different then what you do. Are you confused yet? Here is what I will suggest. Use a good quality gutload and do regular calcium and D3 (D3 if needed) dustings as needed. I would recommend dusting young growing chameleons food no more then 3 times per week with any dust, and slow the calcium down as growth slows at one year. You will hear over and over to much is just as bad as to little. Sorry but this is the best I can do for you. Hope this helps!
