First I try unscented, then washed unscented, then dipped in tuna water, then rubbed on an anole, then tree frog, then start all over again. Some also try toads, but I don't because of the bufotoxin, just do not trust it with these guys. I have some the shed twice before they show interest in food, and some that eat from the get go. It is hit or miss what will trigger each one, but once they start eating, it is easy to get them over to unscented. Good luck.
