the commercial stuff is good but i would recommend using a mix of many different things. i use:
baby rice cereal
baby barley cereal
dry oatmeal
powdered milk
wheat germ
Miner-all (vitamin/mineral supplement)
and give the crickets/mealies a bit of veggie to gnaw on every or every other day.

You could also throw in some tropical fish flake food for added protein.
