Egg dimpling at 3 weeks

My clutch has been in the incubator for about 3 weeks now and I'm seeing some dimpling. Is this normal, or is there a problem? Temps seem to be ok (88 - 90), and humidity around 92 - 94%. Could they be losing moisture, or is slight dimpling a part of the process?
