Why I read the NYP & Daily News...

FRoberts Jun 04, 2007 02:28 PM

Ok I live in NJ, the local papers are, "The Home News & Tribune" and "The Star Ledger". I prefer the "New York Post" & the "Daily News" over these local papers because, I guess these New York papers give a better synopisis of worldy news.

NOPE:

They fit perfectly, and I mean perfectly, in the bottom of my Rubbermaid 2221's.

Apparently this is more important to me then my local news.

PS. I read both actually ( NJ & NY ) but prefer those ny papers for that very reason, I would have hoped it would have been for a more intellectual reason.

NOPE that's the actual reason!!

That's funny. I dislike the Rocky Mountian News because the pages don't fold out as large and fit into my big cages as well.

But I've got my mother in law saving them all for me. Works out great, they read them and I use them for my cages free of charge!!!

I do not get to much time to read the paper, but I get the local paper delivered on weekends, and it should be enought to handle my current needs.

Am I sexist? I went to put a section of newspaper in a cage, and since it was the sports section I made sure it went into a cage that houses a male.

Ok I was dating this woman in the 90's. She loved art. So we went to a NY Art gallery to see one of her favorite painters work. There we where actually talking to one of her "idols". I mention in conversation, that I saw his picture in the paper. The man jokingly asked if I "saved the photo" ?

I tell him no, it's in the bottom of my snakes enclosure and he has most likely [Bleep] on it by now.

Well, needless to say that didn't go over very well!!!

The woman was like, What where you thinking?

I said, that was exactly what I was thinking.

Morale of the story is, "you can't take Frank anywhere!! " lol

places that Frank can go. I don't know if I would go with Frank many places unless he was on his meds for at least one week, anything less time wise and he would be a disaster just waiting to happen I would definately hang around Frank if I lived closer prolly just to make myself feel better about being ME haha lol

I had this Iguana, he was constantly rubbing his genitals against his water bowel and masturbating, I felt somewhat better when reptiles magazine ran an article that this is normal behavior for this species, the thing that really worried me was, he was reading, "Bird Talk" at the time !!!
