Is this photo real?

Hey there all, got this as a forward from a friend who knows I like snakes.

They say it's a snake in Australia pulling a cow from a river... Anyone else ever seen it, or know if it's true? It looks like it could possibly be a HUGE olive or papuan python, but I have my doubts as well.

It could very well be. It looks like an Aussie olive, and some kind of rock wallaby, not a cow. Look at the tail, no cow I can fathom has any appendage like that. Being that wallaby probably weighs 40 or 50lbs, I think that snake could heft it, just like the picture entails............

That's a real old pic, and yes- I believe it's real.

It is definitely an Aussie Olive...

looks real!! but im no expert. looks like an olive and a marsupial of sorts definetly no cow. if you zoom in you can tell its bloated probally from being dead a while or just from being in the water so it could be smaller than what it appears
