ID this snake?

Anyone know what type of corn this is?

This corn snake was sold to my mom at a reptile show as a simple amel. She liked it's personality and look and since it's a classroom pet the value/morph is not of any concern.

However it doesn't look like any of the amels I've kept or looked at personally so I was wondering if anyone might have a good idea of what exactly it is. i.e. is it a locality combined with amel, another morph influencing the amel, or a hybrid like creamcicles.

Any ideas or info would be great. And like I said it is not a matter of money(she won't even breed it), just of curiosity.

Thanks,

Sean.

Sean,
Are the saddles red or orange? Although I have seen orange amels and red creams if those saddles are as orange as I think I would lean towards creamsicle.
If the saddles are red I would go with amel and add that it's a nice amel, indeed.

Yeah Jimmy the orange is what threw me.

There is not a spec of red or red tint to the snake anywhwere that I could spot, except prolly the tongue lol. The saddles are a slightly darker then normal prime orange but definitely pure orange. Actually the only colors on the snake are orange lighter orange and white.

I thought it might be a creamcicle but never having had one or seen any other then hatchlings up close I wasn't sure.

Thanks for the info.

Sean.

It could almost pass as a sunglow (line bred amel) but Jimmy also makes a good point about gow orange it is. It is very nice whatever it is.

IMHO and not to sound like a jerk... but it wouldn't really matter if it has sunglow in its bloodline or not.... It either is or isn't a sunglow. I wouldn't call it a reverse okeetee because it has one in its lines... It is a linebred trait so it either is or isn't. Just my 2 cents whether they are worth anything or not.

Then with out knowing for sure i would have to go with thinking it's a nice looking albino..
