Help With Morph ID

DanyelleSenne Jun 04, 2007 06:15 PM

We got this baby from the couple to bred her because they couldn't get her to eat and thought she was a lost cause. She was already almost three weeks old when we got her. She ate the first night we had her and is doing ok now. We are just stumped as to what morph she is. I have been looking around and I can't find anything like her. I have no idea what her parents looked like. The pictures aren't the best quality, but the one where she is being held is pretty acurate for color.
Thanks, Danyelle

To start with it is an amel (amelanistic) but I could maybe go just a step farther and say that it could turn out to be a decent reverse okeetee.
A reverse okeetee is basically a selective bred amel with nice white borders around the saddles as opposed to black.
The thicker the white borders the better.

I guess I have only seen pictures of adult reverse okeetees and for some reason I just never put 2 and 2 together. It has been years since I last owned and bred Corns and there are so many new colors and patterns now it's hard to keep up. They are all so beautiful though.
