I keep my leopard gecko the same as my monitor with a basking spot of about 120-130 degree. So far, one of my leopard gecko doesn't seem to get fat no matter how much I feed her; the same is true for the younger one I perchased in Febuary. But the oldest one, and the biggest, I have seem to be getting chubby, so I cut back on the amount of crickets I feed her. The oldest is roughly the same age as the other one, but the other doesn't seem to gain weight and seem to be eating and shedding normally. They were all not obese when before they reach sexual maturity; they don't seem to get obese at young age no matter how much I feed them, but they do get longer fast and develop longer limbs.
